We agree to work together and I provide you with a contract to sign so I can start the design.
4 • First version
You receive a thorough
draft of your visual
and eventual variations.
5 • Revisions
Based on your feedback and comments, I make adjustments to the initial version.
6 • Final files
Once you are happy with the result, I emit an invoice and final files are sent upon payment.
Pricing
Scientific illustration projects will typically be charged as packages that include communication, research on the topic for proper understanding and accuracy, the figure designing and two rounds of revisions, as well as licensing.
Every project is unique; the overall cost estimate will mainly vary depending on the figure complexity, the deadline and the amount of additional sources necessary compared to the material you share with me.
Indicatively, a simple illustration may cost €250 while a complex illustration with many elements to show, made of several panels and requiring extensive research of sources may be charged €2000.
